Conversion of Crescat Boulevard into an A grade corporate office building includes usage of the existing structure but completely renovating its interior to suit a much more efficient corporate office function.

The design includes a feature common meeting area inspired by 'high tech' interior spaces of the science fiction spaceship 'USS Enterprise' within the double height interior and all common corridors and other meeting / socialising areas are designed to suit the function while providing a pleasant and exciting working environment.
