Designed as a satellite building to Monarch Imperial, this building stands on its own by the side of the main site. An RCC slab with an elevated roof garden is supported on thin steel columns giving it a ‘floating’ effect. Vernonia creepers are planted along the edges of the rooftop allowing them to cascade down creating a natural screen around the building which will provide an extremely pleasant experience to the customers inside
